Bhaskar Panigrahi, Chairman & Co-Founder

Bhaskar has a rich experience of more than 14 years as a serial entrepreneur. Bhaskar has an extensive experience in setting up, building, formulating corporate strategy and direction for various successful organizations. He is currently Chairman of Cambridge Technology Enterprises, global business and technology Services Company specializing in enterprise transformation and modernization services. Bhaskar led a successful IPO of Cambridge Technology Enterprises on both Bombay and National Stock Exchange in India. Under his leadership, Cambridge Technology has grown at 100% CAGR during last three years. Prior to Cambridge Technology Enterprises, Bhaskar served as CEO of Cell Exchange, an enterprise systems developer to Government enterprises. Before that he served as the CEO of Unique Computing Solutions, an Internet technology and services firm. He also co-founded e-Solutions Integrator in 1999, an e-business consulting firm, which subsequently merged with Unique Computing Solutions. Bhaskar promoted two other technology companies, Mascot Networks (product and solutions provider in education space) and Trading Research Design (financial risk management solution provider). He started his career as a technologist at IBM, State Street Bank and TELCO as the chief architect of some of the Web's earliest products. Bhaskar holds a BS in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Suratkal, India. Besides his entrepreneurial interests, he enjoys golf, keenly follows cricket and loves social networking.

Dr. Abhaya K. Bakshi, President & Co-Founder

Dr. Abhaya K. Bakshi is one of the founding members of Cambridge Energy Resources. Prior to this he worked for 12 years in Saint-Gobain High Performance Materials, Inc. as a R&D Group Leader in their Grain & Powders Division. During this time he worked extensively on the production and uses of silicon carbide powders for abrasive and ceramic applications.  Dr. Bakshi has published over 20 technical papers mostly in particulate science and technology field. He has 5 patents pending in related areas. Dr. Bakshi holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Sunder Subramaniam, Co-Founder

Sunder Subramaniam is Chairman of IBCC and leads our Emerging Technology and Medical Device focus. Sunder has a highly successful history of driving innovation and creating profitable companies. He has founded eight successful IT companies, five of which completed IPO’s. He served as Chairman of I-Cube, C-bridge, Open Environment Corporation, World Street Corporation, Integrated Computing Engines, and as Managing Director of Cambridge Samsung Partners, a Venture Capital firm. In addition to being Chairman of IBCC, he is also Director of Cell Exchange and Founder and Director of Cambridge Devices Inc. He holds an MBA from the Sloan Fellows Program at MIT and MS from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Science and Technology (HST). He has lectured at MIT, Harvard, and as Adjunct professor of Finance at Brandeis University as well as having established the Entrepreneurship track at the Brandeis School of Finance.

Achyuta N Bakshi, Managing Director, India

img3 B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Calicut in 1992 Started the carrier in Sterlite Industries Ltd ,a VEDANTA Resources group of company having interest in nonferrous metal and having a 11000 mw installed power plant. Worked as Vice President to AKSH OPTIFIBER Ltd. Remained as consultant to Rosendhal Gmbh,AUSTRIA.Headed number of projects in Middle east,Europe and india as a consultant.He is the founder and Managing Director of ABMinerals pvt ltd, ABM Projects pvt ltd and Ganjam Zircon pvt ltd,ABMinerals owns and operators number of Mines in the state of Orissa.AB minerals and ABM Projects work as contractors to Vedanta Aluminium ltd. Gopalpur ports ltd and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.


Bob Smith, Senior Advisor

img3 Bob Smith is Chief Executive of Pulse Tidal Ltd., a UK-based tidal power company, and was formerly Chief Development Officer at BP Solar. A Chartered Engineer, he has 20 years of experience in the energy industry, including a number of commercial and operational leadership roles in Oil & Gas with BP. He holds an Engineering Degree from Cambridge University and Masters in Management from Stanford University.


Richard N. Swett, Senior Advisor

img3 Ambassador Richard Nelson Swett, FAIA, President, is a former Member of Congress (1991-1995) where he served on the Public Works and Transportation Committee dealing with infrastructure and energy issues. He is also a former U.S. Ambassador to Denmark (1998-2001). His business experience encompasses architectural design, project management, corporate management, project development, and finance. He has worked in Real Estate, alternative energy development, energy conservation, industrial development, sign, and leadership. He is a licensed architect and author of Leadership by Design, An Architecture of Trust


Fred R. Deluca, Senior Advisor

img3 Graduated from Saint Francis University in Loretta PA in 1974 and went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. He has held numerous positions as CFO, COO and CEO in both large and small organizations. He spent 17 years at the American Institute Of Architects as COO and EVP His expertise is in strategic planning, revenue growth, outsourcing and mergers and acquisitions in the construction and real estate markets. He has served on numerous boards and committees including the audit committee of a publicly traded company.
